Sylvia Becker-Hill is the founder of The Becker-Hill Women’s Empowerment School. She was the first German Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2002. She is a past ICF-Germany Chapter President, ran her own coaching training school for seven years and was an official ICF mentor-coach for three years in Michigan. Sylvia is called a “matriarch of the coaching industry” with countless publications in coaching best-sellers and industry magazines. Sylvia has presented six times at ICF conferences around the world. She is an adjunct faculty member of a Swiss business school teaching remote coaching. In 2014, she received the ICF-Midwest Leadership Award for her immense contributions to the coaching industry. She also starred in an online reality TV business documentary called, “Fix My Brand.”
